1. BOOKING & RETAINER
A non-refundable retainer of fifty percent (30%) of the total agreed project fee is required to
officially secure the shoot date and time. No booking is considered confirmed until the

2. FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the final delivery of images, videos, or

3. CREATIVE DIRECTION & EDITING STYLE
By booking Studio Monokrum, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the artistic style,
editing approach, and creative direction of the Producer. Final edits are delivered according to Studio Monokrum’s signature visual style and will not be altered upon delivery unless agreed upon beforehand.

4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
Studio Monokrum retains full copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, raw
footage, and creative assets produced during the project. Upon full payment, the Client
receives a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered content for personal, promotional, social media, or business purposes. The Client may not resell, heavily alter, claim ownership of, or redistribute the work without written permission from Studio Monokrum.

5. RAW FILES & UNEDITED CONTENT
RAW photographs, unedited footage, project files, and other unfinished materials are not
included unless specifically stated in writing. Studio Monokrum reserves the right to withhold RAW or unedited files to maintain creative integrity and brand consistency.

6. REVISIONS
Clients are entitled to up to two (2) reasonable revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions, major edit changes, or re-edits beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees.
7. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before or during production. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or client-side delays may affect delivery schedules.
8. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If the Client cancels the project, the retainer remains non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice. Studio Monokrum reserves the right to refuse repeated last-minute reschedules.
9. PROMOTIONAL USE
Studio Monokrum reserves the right to use selected images, video clips, or behind-the-
scenes content for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, and marketing purposes

10. LIABILITY
Studio Monokrum will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services and secure file handling. However, in the event of equipment failure, file corruption, unforeseen accidents, illness, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by

11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, permits, access approvals, or
location clearances unless otherwise agreed upon. Studio Monokrum is not responsible for
restrictions caused by venues, weather conditions, or third-party limitations.

12. AGREEMENT
By submitting payment, confirming a booking, or
participating in the shoot, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Studio Policies.
